- To ensure that planning, preparation, teaching, recording, assessment and reports meet the needs of the students and expectations of the school.
- To actively contribute to wider school development and growth.
- To demonstrate thorough curriculum knowledge and be flexible within the subject department to teach different aspects of the curriculum.
- To work alongside other national and international teachers, and develop the curriculum and future development of the subject within the school.
REQUIREMENTS / PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
- Qualified Teacher Status with a minimum of two to three years of teaching experience
- Knowledgeable of international curricula and associated assessment types
- Competent ICT user (Zoom, Google Suite, Microsoft, or macOS/ iOS, etc.)
- Having an understanding of effective teaching and learning theory and practice to meet individual needs of all pupils through classroom organization, differentiation and learning strategies
