Anıl has completed her graduate studies in education and holds an MA degree in Language Education and two BA degrees in English Language Teaching and Philosophy.

She is currently serving as an Instructor at TED University, Ankara. Her major studies mainly consist of modern educational technologies and materials development.

Her many interests include professional development, educational technology, gamification and artificial intelligence. She also does research in philosophy and history of language. As a member of the Global-CPD professional development team, Anıl has extensive knowledge of the latest and most effective teaching methods and has excellent training program design and development skills.
